Product Overview
Widow Jane American Oak Aged is distilled from a rye mash. This is aged at least 2 years and delivers on the spice! On the nose orange, black tea, caramel, and cardamom. The palate brings caramelized sugar, rye spices, nutmeg, and cinnamon bark. This has a long and sweet finish with more cinnamon, apples, and tangerines. Try in your favorite cocktails or add a splash of vermouth or ginger beer.
