A return to autumnal pairings – back from lockdown 2020 is Sweet Cherry Bakewell sour. Locally sourced in Tayside, sweet cherries are the richest of fruit fillings at the centre of this pasty-inspired sour beer. Biscuit malts provide a firm base, topped off by a dusting of delicate almonds. Swap your dessert out for a glass of Sweet Cherry Bakewell Sour!?
