Tsilili Agioneri Tsipouro is a 750ml aged Greek grape spirit from Tsilili Distillery in Raxa, Thessaly, one of Greece’s most acclaimed tsipouro producers. Distilled from aromatic Thessalian grape varieties, it is aged in oak barrels for an average of 12 months, giving a bright color with gold hues.
The aroma is clean and bright with floral and citrus notes, eucalyptus-like herbs and hints of nutmeg and clove. The palate is velvety and well balanced, medium in intensity, with dried fruit, herbs and spice. Sip it neat or lightly chilled with meze, or use it in place of a young brandy in cocktails.
