THOMAS BOULEY 2021 BEAUNE REVERSEES 1ER CRU

WINE ADVOCATE 92 POINTS – “I always have a weakness for this cuvée, which Bouley always vinifies with elevated percentages of whole bunches to add interest to what he says is otherwise a rather fruit-driven wine, and the 2021 Beaune 1er Cru Les Reversées is no exception. Bursting with notions of sweet red berries, peony, lilac, exotic spices and bergamot, it’s medium to full-bodied, fleshy and perfumed, with supple tannins and a sensual, seamless profile.”
