Te Mata Chardonnay 2024

Palest gold, Estate Chardonnay ’21 immediately shines, with the scents of ripe grapefruit, lemon, white peach, pineapple and freshly baked sourdough all jumping from the glass. Delivering taut acidity and fruit-brightness alongside savoury notes of roast cashew, nougat, cinnamon, and sea salt, this is classical Hawke’s Bay chardonnay with an intensity and complexity all its own. Resplendent in its detail, Estate Chardonnay ’21 layers all these elements into a long, sustained finish.
