Tattersall Gin is the flagship spirit of Tattersall Distilling, the craft distillery founded in Minneapolis by Jon Kreidler and Dan Oskey that grew from a celebrated Northeast Minneapolis cocktail room into a full production facility in River Falls, Wisconsin. It is distilled from a base of 100% organic corn with 22 botanicals rooted in the London Dry tradition, joined by lemon verbena, lime leaf, lavender and grains of paradise, and bottled at 43% ABV (86 proof).
The distillery describes vibrant citrus on the nose, then soft juniper opening into earthy baking spice and floral nuance with a peppery finish.
