About Our Cask Strength Rye Whiskey:
Our Cask Strength Rye is rye whiskey at full volume bold, expressive, and bottled straight from the barrel. Made from100% Texas-grown Brasetto rye, this grain-to-glass whiskey highlights the distinctive character of a rye variety known for its rounded spice and rich aromatics.
Brasetto rye offers a softer, more approachable flavor profile than traditional Abruzzi rye, allowing the whiskeys fruit, spice, and pastry-like notes to shine without overwhelming heat. Bottled at cask strength, the result is a vibrant and complex rye that balances power with elegance.
Every grain used in this whiskey is grown on a single family-owned farm in Texas, reinforcing our commitment to transparency, sustainability, and true grain-to-glass craftsmanship.
