Sparkling Cerise Cider – ARCHIVED

Cerise: French for cherry, this cider sparkles with abandon. Tart, yet not quite, punctuated by the subtle flavor of toffee and cherries with a lingering dryness reminiscent of white wine. Decidedly refined and suitable for a white tie occasion, but unpretentious enough for a casual night hanging out in comfortable clothes, or no attire at all in a bath with the bubbles up and the lights down low.
