Shibui is an award-winning whisky company with distilleries in Niigata and Okinawa, Japan, with every expression awarded 90 pts & above. Okinawa is Japans southernmost prefecture and home to Shibuis Single Grain Whisky Distilleries. The sub-tropical climate produces an accelerated cask maturation environment and using the grain of Asia, Shibui creates a unique and distinctive style known to the locals as Ryukyu Whisky the ancient name of Okinawa.
