Mash: 75% malted rye, 25% changes every batch. Often uses 5-10% peated barley.
Our 92 proof rye whiskey is characteristically spicy. This malted rye malt whiskey exudes flavors of sweet dates juxtaposed with fresh cracked peppercorn. An unassuming hint of butterscotch on the nose leads to a shimmering complex finish.
