Made from a 100% organic mash of California blue and yellow corn, this vodka undergoes a meticulous 20-time distillation process in a German Kothe still. Post-distillation, it is carbon-filtered to remove any congeners and undesirable flavors, then blended with reverse osmosis water and filtered again before bottling.
