Refining, perfecting and enhancing the world’s best tequila begins with the selection of 100% Tequilana Weber, Blue Agaves, harvested in the highlands of Jalisco, Mexico containing the perfect climate and soil. QV’s master harvestercarefully and manually hand selects Agaves between 7 and 12 years old to ensure the tequila meets the requirements of texture and maturity for processing. The heart of the agave plant (called the piña) is then stripped of its leaves to remove the sap and extract the juice.
