Prairie Spirits Small Batch Collection Cucumber Mint Lime Flavored Gin is an organic small-batch flavored gin from Prairie — the cucumber-mint-lime expression of the brand’s organic-corn-based spirits, distilled to taste rather than to a prescribed number of times.
Prairie believes in taking the time to do things the right way — by hand. Single-vintage organic corn is distilled to taste, not a prescribed count, because climate, soil, and moisture levels give each small batch its own unique character. Preserving that character takes personal attention, which gives Prairie’s spirits an award-winning taste that stands on its own.
