Weve gone very much back to basics for our 2024 BIPA entry, Which Pendant? Our exploration of what hops and combinations work well in this cult classic style is never ending; and for this beer we decided to utilise a hot side addition of Vic Secret for a brash piney base layer, before more Vic Secret and Citra on the cold side bring a punchbowl of citrus, bright orange and pineapple to the party. Utilising our standard Pollys Pale and Hoppy grist bill with a flourish of Crystal and Carafa Special at the end of the mash, this beer sings with the usual Pollys checklist of tropical IPA notes, presented in a defiantly dark beer.
