Nuits Saint Georges 1er Cru Les Damodes

Ruby red in color. A nice nose of little red fruits like blackcurrants and red currants. A surprising richness with nice tannins on the palate. The finish offers spice and fresh wood flavors. This wine can stand on its own or be paired with tasty meat such as roast lamb prime rib eye steak buck breast or wild game meats. Goes well with spicy recipes or cheeses with strong flavors. Drink within 10 years.
