Moraitis Paros White

The new venture of Moraitis Estate is an amphora-aged Monemvasia wine. Fruit is sourced from a vineyard in Agioi Anargyroi, which is organically farmed with respect to the cultivating tradition of the island of Paros. Spontaneous fermentation in amphoras of 250lt and 500lt. The wine stays with the skins for 6 months. Unfiltered and unfined with no added sulphites. The use of amphora adds the mineral element to the stone-fruity character of the variety.The palate is lively, salty with a vein of acidity.
