MARIA MEZCAL Joven (SILVER) those bottles are older vintages while supply last(the cork may be fragile ) but they are the best .
100% DE AGAVE. 750 mL. 40% ALC/VOL. NOM O01X. 1ST DISTILLARY IN OAXACA.
Maria Joven is 100% Espadin Agave, cooked in a sealed, stone oven fueled by wood logs. The juice is then extracted via Tahona and horse, and fermented (with the fiber) in wooden tanks. Maria Mezcal is then double distilled in a small stainless steel alambique with copper head and coil.It has a full body, a light hint of mesquite, wild herbs and citric flavors but most notable is the true smoky maguey flavor that is sweet and clean.
