An easy-drinking hybrid of lager and ale, built for clarity and repeat pours.Brewed with a West Germaninspired water profile, then given a quiet One Drop twist.
Weve kept the hop bill focused and deliberate, using only hand-selected Motueka – New Zealands answer to Saaz – bringing soft noble character with a gentle citrus lift. Clean, crisp and balanced, with a subtle zing that keeps things fresh without making noise.Traditional at heart. Modern in execution.Just light work.
