In stock and ready to ship. Nine years aged, 100 proof, and built the way bourbon was before Prohibition changed everything.

Full-bodied, full-proof, and aged the old way.

Knob Creek was built around a simple idea: make bourbon the way it was made before Prohibition forced distillers to cut corners. That means aging fully in charred white oak barrels long enough to draw out the natural sugars, bottling at a real 100 proof, and never apologizing for the result. The Small Batch is the flagship expression, blending select barrels to deliver a consistent, full-bodied profile that has made it a benchmark American bourbon.

Nine years of Kentucky aging, 50% ABV, and the kind of oak, fruit, and caramel depth that earns its place in any serious whiskey collection.

Tasting Notes

Nose: Oak, caramel, and dried fruit.
Palate: Full-bodied and sweet-woody, with caramel, vanilla, and a hint of dark fruit.
Finish: Long and rich.

How to Enjoy

Neat or over a large cube to appreciate the full 100 proof character.
In an Old Fashioned where the proof holds up against the sweetness.
As an everyday premium bourbon that overdelivers at its price.
As a gift for the bourbon drinker who has moved past entry-level and wants the real thing.
