Gajardo Arancia Radicale is a 750ml, 40% ABV orange liqueur from the Gajardo Radicale line of bold, bartender-focused Italian-style bitters and liqueurs. Bottled at full spirit strength, it is built for cocktails rather than sipping sweet.
Expect intense bitter and sweet orange peel with a dry, spirited backbone and a clean finish. Use it in place of triple sec or curacao in margaritas, sidecars and Mai Tais, or pair it with the Gajardo Bitter and Fernet for a house-made Negroni variation.
