Sangiovese with Cabernet Sauvignon
Villa di Remole, in the heart of Tuscany, is the cradle of 700 years of history and tradition of the Frescobaldi family. Remole is an intense wine, soft and fruity, that will captivate and delight you. Particularly suited for full flavoured first courses, charcuterie and red meat.
“Remole Rosso 2024 has a beautiful purple-red colour. On the nose, it manifests itself with its fruity character, with intensehints of red and black fruits, small berries such as blueberry, blackcurrant, raspberry, and ripe fruits such as plum andcherry. It has a rare and delicate scent of wild arbutus [sweetly floral and lightly spiced aromas]. Liquorice and cardamom define the spicy and balsamic character ofRemole rosso. Pleasant on the palate, with afine persistence and taste-olfactory response. The tannic texture is solid butvery smooth.
“A wine that is very eclectic in its pairings, remarkably pleasant, perfect with not overly spicy cold meats andtasty first courses, and can be enjoyed with a wide variety of dishes.” – WINERY NOTES
