When you taste Framingham’s 2023 Sauvignon Blanc in a lineup from the region, it gives you a better appreciation of the shape, depth and elegance that this wine offers. It’s sourced from around 20 different parcels with a small proportion fermented in large wooden tank before being left on lees. It’s a classic style aromatically in that it offers varietal characteristics of pea, mint, pineapple and citrus, but it translates these in a balanced and textured package.
