Domaine de Fa Saint-Amour

The Graillot family recently purchased a bucolic 5 ha property in the Beaujolais and can now add this Saint Amour Cru to their long line up of excellent wines they produce. This comes from a single vineyard, Côtes de Besset, whose soils are full of granite and sand. Whole cluster fermenation with a semi-carbonic maceration. Aged in older foudre. Gamay.
