This exquisite aperitif is a blend of alpine valley strawberries with Vermouth de Chambéry. Created by Rosalie Dolin in 1902, Chambéryzette conveys the bright tastes and aromatics of wild strawberries. It is balanced by crisp acidity and the botanical complexity of white vermouth. Add some vivaciousness to a spritz, vodka soda, or a martini!
