Cedilla Açaí is a Brazilian liqueur that captures the Amazon’s most famous superfruit in a bottle. Hand-harvested açaí berries, prized for their deep purple color and rich, earthy flavor, are infused and blended with artisanal cachaça, Brazil’s sugarcane spirit, for a liqueur that is unmistakably Brazilian from base to fruit. Bottled at 25% ABV (50 proof) in a 750ml bottle.
The taste is a balance of sweet and tart, with dark berry, a hint of chocolate and the grassy warmth of cachaça, finishing smooth and refreshing. Use it in a Caipirinha for a purple twist, shake it into a daiquiri or a sour, top it with sparkling wine, or pour it over ice with soda and lime. A vibrant, exotic bottle for tropical cocktails and a great gift for anyone who loves an açaí bowl.
