Castellblanc Extra Brut Cava

Yellow gold with hints of green with a long lasting fine mousse. A truly refreshing lively Cava thanks to the excellent blend of the three indigenous white grape varieties: Xarello Macabeo and Parellada which produce fresh and sweet aromas and flavors of citrus fruit ripe melon and peach balanced by light touches of baking bread. The palate is sweet with a pleasant crispy and fruity finish. Perfect for appetizers. Superb to accompany foie and outstanding with sweet deserts.
