Bright gold colour with straw hue.Aroma of honeycomb, yeast lees and biscuit with a hint of hazelnut. The palate reveals a relatively short flavour profile dominated by yeast lees and grapefruit. The acidity is too high but may soften over time to create complexity in the wine.Aftertaste of yeast lees and grapefruit.
