An impressive example of cool climate Shiraz.Bright crimson colour with crimson mauve hue.Aroma of spice, plum and liquorice followed by a hint of blackberry and vanilla.The palate has excellent length with flavours of plum, spice, liquorice and white pepper emerging.Fine grained tannins, excellent balance.Long aftertaste of white pepper, liquorice and vanilla.Cellar 3-4 years (2009-2010)
