A more restrained example than the Polish Hill.Bright pale straw colour with subtle green hue.Aroma of lime followed by nuances of spice and citrus.The structure is a touch austere with crisp acid backbone.The lime flavour component is subservant to lemon followed by a hint of ripe pear.Very good length.Crisp acid finish with very long lime pear lemon aftertaste.
