This is the second label from Salitage.Bright, crimson, brick red colour, medium body.Subtle Pinot nose with strawberry, raspberry aroma with hints of cherry, liquorice and just a touch of game.Good palate weight and varietal flavours, with cherry, spice dominant.Fine grained soft tannins with aftertaste of stewed fruits and cherry.A fuller style Pinot with varietal character, but without power.Cellar 2-3 years.
