100% Barley Whiskey is BACK and it just took home Best-in-Class at the 2025 San Francisco World Spirits Competition.
Single grain whiskeys are always a winning proposition, and our 100% Barley Whiskey is proof positive. We’re bringing back our Best-in-Class release, which scored a Double Gold Medal / 97 points at the prestigious San Francisco World Spirits Competition in 2025.
Crafted to showcase the character of a single grain, this whiskey’s mash bill is 100% two-row unmalted barleygrown and harvested exclusively on the farm by Colby and team. Unmalted barley is a rarity in the whiskey world, making this a truly one-of-a-kind bottle.
